It was a big weekend in Verbier with the opening of La Vache (http://www.lavacheverbier.com), the new restaurant at the top of the Les Attelas (James Blunt) chairlift. An amazing launch party where the share holders in the business, James Blunt, Lawrence Dallaglio and Carl Fogarty, all showcased their own pizza's. Even Heston cooked his pizza favorite! The new look Farinet Lounge and new location of Casbah (http://www.hotelfarinet.com) also launched with really positive feedback. Overall, with amazing powder snow and great parties on and off the mountain it was the best early December week I have ever experienced! More snow falling right now as I type this!
